THE STORY
My dad grew up as a farm-boy in small-town Missouri. At the end of every harvest, my grandpa would give him and my uncle an acre to split and grow tobacco. It was back-breaking work all done by hand that made them a couple grand per acre. My dad provided me with more opportunities than I deserved and love that I didn’t know existed. This candle is an homage to his hometown roots and the small town where he grew up: population 281.

Additional Product Details
Soy wax contains no carcinogens, pollutants, toxins or soot. It's also biodegradable and burns cooler, which means l o n g e r and more time for you to enjoy a long-lasting scent! Soy wax is also natural and derived from soybeans – that means each purchase supports the beautiful labor of farming.
The first time you burn your candle, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar. This will ensure the best scent throw! Make sure you always trim your wick before each use – it should be ¼ inches long. Only burn your candle for a maximum of 4 hours on a heat-resistant surface and discontinue burning when only ¼ inch of wax remains. NEVER leave your candle unattended.
Every single candle from Frances and Louise Candle Co. is prepped, wicked, poured and labeled all by hand in Illinois. Each candle is poured in small batches and made with high quality fragrance oils - all phthalate-free, along with braided cotton wicks. Purchasing soy wax candles helps support US farmers and ensures a clean and long-lasting candle. There's a tiny bit of love poured into every single candle that leaves my house - I hope you enjoy burning it as much as I love pouring it!
